As of May 25, the 20 day overhaul of chemical fertilizer plant has been successfully completed, which indicates that the plant will get rid of the "bottleneck" restricting and affecting production and lay a solid foundation for the next step of production.
Due to single system maintenance, some equipment and devices can not operate in the best state. The dispatching system quantificationally refines various indicators, supplemented by labor competition. During the maintenance, the personnel of each department are required to participate in the regular work meeting of the unit in charge, report the progress of unit maintenance, understand the production situation of single system, and strengthen communication and coordination, so as to maximize the potential of the device without affecting the maintenance Dig to a large extent.
In view of the characteristics of the overhaul, such as the difficulty, heavy task and tight time, the factory grasped the key points, paid attention to the light and slow down, and achieved good results. For example, the "seven to two" transformation of No.1 gas making drum involves 9 sets of equipment and nearly 200 meters of pipeline; the liquid distributor of 6m desulfurization tower is transformed, which requires high construction precision; the newly installed desulfurization liquid filter and system, the DN600 m pipeline and valve need to be completed in one day; the catalyst is changed in the process of No.2 combined alcohol and No.2 transformer, and the No.1 urea sub heater is replaced, which effectively reduces the system resistance and steam Steam consumption. In this overhaul, 42 sets of heat exchange equipment, about 5500 square meters, were cleaned, and 86 special equipment were inspected and repaired by grinding and welding. According to the analysis of the actual effect after the start-up, the cooling effect was significantly improved and the potential safety hazard was eliminated, which provided a strong guarantee for the high-temperature production in summer. The measures of zero accident and safety inspection are implemented in the project, such as zero accident and safety work.
At present, the plant is further optimizing and adjusting the working conditions, striving to successfully pass the 72 hour assessment test.
